II. Operation Dynamics

1. HyperCard Deposit Giving Back Event

In order to give back to HyperPay users, HyperCard has launched a limited-time event for both new and existing users. New users are provided with 0 fee for their first deposit, and existing users will enjoy a fee refund for each deposit they made.

00:00 March 30, 2023~ 23:59 April 14, 2023 (UTC+8)

Event Rules:

During the event,

For new users,

When a new user deposits using HyperCard for the first time, the fee charged will be returned in full to the user’s HyperPay off-chain wallet in the form of HBT.

For existing users,

When an existing user makes a deposit using HyperCrad, the fee charged on each deposit will be accumulated and the 50% of it will be returned to the user’s HyperPay off-chain wallet in the form of HBT.

The returned HBT has no lock-up period and can be traded or used at any time.

Notices:

1) The event is open to all users, and new users can receive a fee refund after their first deposit is completed.

2) The event rewards will be distributed to the off-chain wallet account within 3 working days after the event ends.

3) HyperPay reserves the right of final interpretation of this event, and the right to disqualify the account if any cheating behavior is found.

2. HyperPay Stable Auto Investment — USDC (30 days), Deposit and Invest to Share 10,000USDC is ongoing

Bonus 1: Transfer USDC to share 5,000 USDC

During the event, transfer at least 10 USDC from other wallets or exchanges to share 5,000 USDC rewards.

Reward distribution is based on the proportion of transfer-in amount/accumulated total transfer-in amount of the event*100%

Bonus 2: Stable Auto Investment — USDC, participate to share 5,000 USDT, first come first served

During the event, the first 100 trading users according to the time of the first purchase of Stable Auto Investment — USDC, will share 5,000 USDC based on the proportion of individual purchase amount/total purchase amount of the first 100 trading users*100%

For example, during the event, the total purchase amount of the first 100 users is 100,000 USDC, and user A purchases 1,000 USDC. The reward that user A can get is 1,000/100,000*5,000=50 USDC

3. HyperBC, the custody service provider of HyperPay, reached a strategic cooperation with Lifestyle Fine Jewelry Stores and Coronet Boutiques

On March 30, HyperBC, the custody service provider of HyperPay, reached a strategic cooperation with Lifestyle Fine Jewelry Stores and Coronet Boutiques. 4. HyperPay and BallHunter reached a strategic cooperation
