1. HyperCard adds four rebates function

HyperCard adds four rebates for users. They are sign-up bonus, deposit fee back, interest revenue and referral rebate. HyperCard users can get up to 70% rebate without consuming any. All the rebates will be exchanged to the equivalent amount in HBT and issued.

2. Credit card payment adds Inst purchase channel
